Haddington Camera Club is aligned to the the Scottish Photographic Federation (SPF) which in turn is aligned to the PAGB (the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain) - there are great resources available to us from each organisation.
The SPF have produced a recent newsletter (number 109) which covers the portfolios submitted by some Scottish photographers for their FIAP Distinctions - a recognition available to photographers internationally. FIAP stands for Federation Internationale de L’Art Photographique. I'm guessing PAGB is aligned to FIAP.
