"I'm emailing from Wikimedia UK to let you know about the photography competition Wiki Loves Earth, as we were hoping that you may be able to share the competition with your members.
Wiki Loves Earth is an international photo competition running from 1st June to 31st July 2024, and this year is the first edition to be run in Scotland. The competition is run by the Wikimedia community, and focusses on collecting openly licensed images and video of natural protected areas such as National Parks, Special Protection Areas, and Sites of Special Scientific Interest on Wikimedia Commons, contributing to a record of our natural heritage that is freely accessible to all. The competition is supported in Scotland by Wikimedia UK, who are the charity supporting the Wikimedia community in the UK.
