This week we were treated to a presentation by Linda - website here - who talked us through her journey to professional abstract artist. Her work is based on photography but her completed imagery is clearly influenced by her artistic skills, informing her eye for composition and colours and shapes, harmony and dissonance. Linda prints and then finishes her prints with media such as gold leaf to ensure every image presents her expression uniquely. Linda runs courses, but even if you don't sign up, she shares much of her skill and vision through her blogs and galleries.
