Tuesday night was our Jubilee competition, the theme was Silhouettes or Shadows. The images covered a great variety of topics with 62 to view.
Two images in joint first place, both belonging to David Youles. Well Done David. Featured image 'Celestial Canopy from a Nacreous cloud', and below, 'Shadows of Doubt'
Michael Thomson shared with us, one of his interests, Historical Curling Ponds. This was delivered with historical facts, photographs and humour. We also heard about the plans for the curling pond in Haddington.
What turned out to be a corrupt USB stick for Bill, means he will present his images at the next members night.
Next up was Philip Wark, who shown us a variety of images from Haddstock, a variety of bands, ages, and musical taste, an event that Philip is clearly passionate about.
The usual refreshments and chat, made another successful members evening.
